These terms govern your use of fuegopets.com, operated by Fuego Pets. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error) and will refund any payment taken. Launch prices shown on the site apply to orders placed through October 31, 2026; after that the regular prices shown next to them apply. Other promotional pricing may change or end at any time.
Payment
Payments are processed by Whop. Your statement will show WHOP*FUEGOPETS.
Shipping and returns

Product use
Follow the included instructions. The grinder is a grooming tool, not a medical device; consult your veterinarian about injured, infected or abnormal nails. Supervise use around children.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Fuego Pets is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
