Try your purchase for 30 days from the date you bought it. If it isn't for you, email [email protected] within that window and we will refund what you paid.

How to ask for a refund

Email us from the address you used at checkout, or include your order email or payment ID. We reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). We may ask what didn't work for you so we can improve; you don't have to answer to get your refund.

Guarantee terms

• One money-back guarantee per customer.
• A refund ends your license to use the file, and your download link stops working.
• We may decline requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive, such as requests for an order placed by someone else, repeated requests across different names or emails, or requests from someone who is sharing or reselling the file. We may also decline future orders from those customers.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Please contact us before disputing a charge

Your statement shows WHOP*FUEGOPETS. If you do not recognize a charge or have any problem, please email us first — we resolve almost everything the same day, and a refund from us is faster than a bank dispute. If a charge is disputed, we share our order, delivery, download and email records with the payment processor and your bank, including any refund already issued.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
